Organifi Mousse
  • 4 medium and ripe avocados
  • 1 scoop Organifi Green Juice
  • ⅓ cup raw coconut nectar
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • -Fresh fruit and nuts to be used for garnish
  1. Blend the avocado in a blender or a food processor until it is smooth.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients to the blended avocado until completely blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours or half an hour in the freezer.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts or fresh fruit.
