Raw Turmeric Mayo
  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar
  • 1 lime
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 inch of turmeric
  • Salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Avocado oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ΒΌ boiling water
  1. Add the yolks, turmeric and garlic to a blender and blend on low.
  2. To temper the egg yolks, drizzle in the boiling water. Keyword: drizzle. Too fast and you'll scramble the eggs.
  3. Add vinegar.
  4. Drizzle in the avocado oil slowly until it begins to thicken.
  5. Next drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil until it's thick enough, that it is no longer mixing in the blender.
  6. Season with salt to taste; about a half teaspoon, or more if you prefer.
