How To Make Beet Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the oven rack in the center of the oven.
  3. Using a sharp knife (or mandolin) thinly slice the beets.
  4. Lightly toss the sliced beets in olive oil and your chosen spices then evenly spread on baking sheets.
  5. Ensure that the beet chips do not touch each other during cooking.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chips are crispy and slightly brown.
  7. After 15 minutes watch closely to avoid burning the chips.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool.
