It is said that St. John’s Wort flowers can help to “bring light into our lives.” To take advantage of this soothing tea and to add a little bit of light into your morning as well, I encourage you to try out this tea. You definitely will not regret it, I promise!

  1. Take 4-6 tbsp of dried herb (6-8 tbsp of fresh herb) into a glass jar
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs, filling jar and steep for 30-45 minutes. (The length of steeping time and the amount of herb you use will affect the strength of your tea.)
  3. Strain and enjoy!
Notes
The easiest way to get these ingredients is to visit your local nursery and grow them yourself. However, you can also order them online or visit a local herbalist shop.
