Homemade Berry Blast Chia Seed Jam
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.)
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Prepare the berries by chopping them into small pieces.
  2. In a small pot, combine berries and maple syrup and bring to a boil. Stir frequently
  3. Mash the berries mixture until smooth.
  4. Turn the burner to medium-heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Add chia seeds and vanilla.
  6. Stir until desired thickness.
  7. Transfer your jam to a glass jar with a lid for safe keeping. Store in your refrigerator
