Fluoride-Free Toothpaste
  • ¼ cup of finely powdered kaolin clay
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of finely ground sea salt
  • Just a few drops of peppermint essential oil
  1. Simply combine the powdered clay, baking soda, salt and essential oil and mix very well. Allow to air-dry, then store in an airtight container.
  2. Mix the tooth powder with enough peppermint tea or water to make the paste moist (if you make the powder in larger batches, moisten only enough for about a week or two at a time so that the toothpaste doesn’t spoil).
  3. If you are into sweet toothpaste, then you can add a teaspoon of vegetable glycerin to sweeten it up.
  4. Finally, use your finished toothpaste just as you would store bought paste and enjoy!
