Lemon Balm Bath
  • 2 parts fresh or dried lemon balm leaf
  • 1 part chamomile flower
  • 1 part lavender bud
  • 1 part rose petal
  1. To prepare for your bath, you will want to mix together the herbs. Tie ½ cup or more of the herb mixture into a larger cloth bag, an extra-large strainer, or even an old nylon stocking. Fasten this to the faucet of your tub or shower.
  2. Allow the hot water (as hot as possible) run through the herbs for a few moments. Then remove your herbs and fill up the bath, adjusting the water temperature to a comfortable level.
  3. Soak in your bath for at least 30 minutes. If you tied the herbs in a cloth bag, use it to gently massage your body. Once you are finished, step out, dry off and complete this gentle massage using somelavender massage oil.
