#2 Turmeric Tea
You can simply chop up some turmeric and throw it in your tea maker or follow the recipe below.
  • ½ tsp fresh grated turmeric
  • raw honey to taste
  • squeeze of lime (makes turmeric more bioavailable)
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup hot water
  1. Bring water to a boil, add turmeric and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Add remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
