Organic Hamburger Rice

Serves: 2-3 Servings
  • Brown Rice - 1 cup (cooked)
  • Quinoa - ¾ cup (cooked)
  • Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Real Grass-Fed Butter - 2 tbsp.
  • Hamburger Meat - 1 lb.
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt - Dash or two
  1. If needed (not pre-cooked), cook the brown rice and quinoa and mix together.
  2. Pour coconut oil into frying pan then brown the hamburger meat, mashing it into crumbled portions.
  3. Combine and mix the brown rice, quinoa and hamburger meat together in frying pan.
  4. Add the butter, then let fry for a 1-2 minutes.
  5. Top off with a few dashes of sea salt.
  6. Add a large side of veggies to complete your meal…
  7. Serve and enjoy!
