Quinoa Blueberry Chia Breakfast Bowl
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa (be sure to rinse well if not pre-rinsed already)
  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk (carrageenan free)
  • A pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • ΒΌ cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: pure maple syrup, raw organic honey or stevia for added sweetness
  1. In a jar or bowl, add chia seeds and quinoa.
  2. In separate container mix almond milk, salt, and sweetener of choice.
  3. Add wet mix to the dry mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for 8 hours. (This is an easy and delicious way to take your breakfast on the go!)
  5. Remove from fridge, mix well and stir in blueberries. Enjoy!
