Breakfast Chia Bowl Recipe

  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Milk
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Soaked Almonds
  • Blueberries
  1. Take 2 tbs of chia seeds and put it into a bowl.
  2. Pour coconut milk into the bowl in such a way that all the chia seeds are fully covered. You can also use coconut water or almond milk for this step.
  3. Combine, stir, and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes so that the mixture can expand.
  4. Put all the hemp seeds into the bowl.
  5. Then add the coconut flakes.
  6. And then add the almonds and blueberries. You also have the option to add a scoop of protein powder, nutmeg or anything that you like in the mix.
