Stretch Your Chest
Next, move your hand onto your collarbone to move more lymph around your body. Use half circles down your chest to stretch the skin towards your armpits. Repeat this 10 to 15 times each side. Once you’re done, massage from the front of your neck towards the collarbone and chest for more drainage. Repeat this 10 to 15 times each side.
Release Lymph at the Side and the Back of Your Neck
Massage both sides of your neck with your hand 10 to 15 times. Just make sure to focus on each side separately, not at the same time. Then move onto the back of your neck. Massage from the hairline down towards the lower areas down your spine. Repeat 10 to 15 times.
Massage Your Scar

Use your palm and massage the area in a circular or zigzag pattern. You may use a bit of pressure and carefully lift the skin too for more lymph movement. Stretch the area above and below the scar as well. Do this 5 to 6 times.
Move Onto Your Legs
Once you have performed lymphatic drainage massage on your legs, you are ready to move to your legs if necessary. Start with the upper part of your leg, then move to the inside and the back of your leg, then the lower areas. Use gentle pressure, and stretch the skin towards your hip using your hands. Repeat this 10 to 15 times.
