I have an amazing gluten-free, vegan, 2-ingredient, super healthy and easy-to-make bread recipe for you. It is pretty delicious too.
It is made with quinoa! Quinoa is a pseudograin and is one of the healthiest foods out there. It is high in protein, fiber, magnesium, iron, lysine, manganese, folate, potassium, copper, zinc and riboflavin (B2). It is gluten-free, low in GI, full of antioxidants, plant-based and fully vegan. It is great for your digestive system and metabolism and can aid your weight loss goals.
