Written by: Lindsay Sibson

As I sat there watching my dinner host laying out dish after dish for dinner,  I couldn’t help but clap my hands together in pure happiness!

“You really get excited about food,” she said.

Heck yeah I DO – especially when it’s healthy, made with quality ingredients and will nourish my body. What’s NOT to love, right?

Well my friend, you are about to jump for joy when you take your first sip of this incredibly delicious Homemade Vegan “Nutella Milk.”

It has the familiar Nutella hazelnut flavor that you’ll love, but is made with ingredients that you will recognize (and that are kind to your body).

How To Make Vegan “Nutella Milk”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic hazelnuts (soaked)**
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 cups filtered water

Instructions:

1. ** Soak your hazelnuts for 6 hours or overnight in 3 cups of filtered water.

      • Drain and disregard water.
      • Rinse with clean water and add to blender.

2. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until creamy and smooth.

3. Use a nut milk bag or cheesecloth and pour the mixture into a large jug.

      • Squeeze out as much liquid as you can (all that should remain in the bag is the pulp).

4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Storage: Keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

If you are looking for a more decadent vegan treat, use this “Nutella Milk” to make a milkshake using dairy-free chocolate ice cream.

Or if you are looking for something a bit more warm and cozy, gently heat this milk over the stove to create a tasty hot beverage.

Either way, this homemade vegan “Nutella Milk” will surely put a smile on your face (and in your stomach!) and deserves one heck of a healthy round of applause!

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
