    • To make it vegan: use non dairy yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • Optional: 1 cup ice, 2 capsules of probiotic supplement 

Instructions: Place ALL ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
