Wrapped Ginger – Removes Mucus From Your Lungs In One Night And Kills Bad Cough

Coughing is definitely not fun.

In fact, it is one of the worst things of my past. Once I started coughing, I just continued on uncontrollably. Sleeping? Forget it. Coughing would keep me awake and wake me up from my sweetest dreams.

Cough syrups were my other nightmare. They never really worked, but were full of annoying side-effects like headaches, migraines and sleeplessness. All those chemicals are so bad for your body that I often just tolerated the coughs instead. Dextromethorphan and codeine (ingredients of these syrups), no thanks.

Thankfully that’s all part of my past. I’ve found an amazing remedy that actually works! It helps with mucus and coughing like a champ. It’s all natural, all you need is ginger, honey, flour and olive oil. You won’t believe how easy it is to make.

Ginger Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of fresh, shredded or powdered ginger
  • 1.5 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flour (you can use any kind of flour, it is only there to hold the paste together!)
  • Napkins
  • Adhesive tape
  • Gauze

 

Directions:

  1. Carefully combine the honey and the flour.
  2. Add the olive oil and ginger and mix well again.
  3. Put the mixture on a napkin then wrap some gauze around it and tape it over your chest.
  4. Keep it on overnight (children should only use it for about 3 hours before bedtime).
  5. You may sweat more than usual because of the ginger, but it is all part of the healing process.
