Hi, my friend.

This is an important message that I want to share with you today.

Take a look at this photograph:

Like my sticky note? This one has been on my mirror for the past 3 years.

If you’ve seen my sticky note video you know that I’m a big believer in putting positive affirmations into your subconscious mind so that you create the reality in your life.

I have sticky notes everywhere to get me constantly thinking about who I want to be in this moment. I’ve had this question up on my mirror for so long because it inspires me to be more than average and to be someone that people can look up to.

So the big question for you today is..

Would you follow you?

Think about it.

When you ask yourself that every single day you will start to make decisions that have more impact and more meaning on your life than they would otherwise.

There are tons of you out there that are following different people on Instagram and Facebook, and these people you’re following don’t have the kind of morals and noble ability that I know you have. They are not here to make a difference in the world. They don’t have your best interest at hand.

Many of you are clouding your minds with other people’s thoughts.

I believe that is it time for you to become the demonstration. You have to become a leader in your own environment. I know this isn’t the easiest change to make in yourself, but don’t worry, I’ve got a few ideas to get you started.

#1 You Need To Eliminate Losers In Your Life (energy vampires)

Who are the losers?

  • people that don’t believe in you
  • people who suck your energy
  • people who doubt you and your dreams
  • people who tell you you’re not good enough

They say you are the average of your five closest friends. I am here to tell you that I am walking proof of that.

Start to get rid of the losers in your life and instead surround yourself with people that are here to win. People who believe in you and make you better. It will make all the difference in the world.

#2 Reflect On Your Day

In order to successfully move forward in life, you need to learn to reflect at the end of each day. Write things down, even. Ask yourself something like:

What did I get from today?

When you do this, you will be able to look back in 3 or 4 years and see the progress you’ve made and how much you’ve gotten over the years. As you pay attention to your progress and what you’ve gained, you will begin to feel more fulfilled and more powerful. You will start to see the flow of your life and how things fall into place just as the universe intended.

The last step is the most important to make you someone worth following.

#3 Surrender Yourself Into The Universe

Give yourself up to God.

Give yourself up to something that is greater than you.

When you do that, you will invoke this “I am” presence in your life. You pick up motivation that you didn’t have before. You will become re-energized and your small successes along the way will give you more energy for the future

Surrender yourself to something greater than you and you will be someone worth following.

Don’t just be average!

Be someone that is amazing.

Six months from now you will walk into a room and people will come up to you and say, “I don’t know what it is about you, but your energy is incredible. I just want to be around you. I want to be near you. I want to be like you… because I know you’re doing something different.”

You are going to be that person.

Become someone worth following today.

Always remember, we’re in this together!

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
