Why You Want To Turn Your Life Into One That Is Autonomous

What does it mean to be autonomous?

“…autonomous… means not controlled by outside forces. Autonomous describes things that function separately or independently.”

Does that describe you?

Should that describe you?

Before I began this journey I was living a life based on what I thought I should be doing. I was working the job I was good at, but not passionate about. I was eating whatever society put in front of me. I was drinking on the weekends.

But perhaps my biggest problem was this… I needed approval from others in order to feel validated about myself.

By the world’s terms I was successful. I had enough money to rent out a jet and fly my friends wherever they wanted to go. I was living in sunny Florida. I was far along in life for my age, at least by society’s measuring stick.

But I was still living by their terms.

I wasn’t happy.

I mean, who have you seen that is really happy that has to drink themselves away as soon as Friday comes?

There is something wrong with that, my friend. There is so much MORE than that.

And I found it as soon as I turned my life into one that is autonomous.

What does that mean exactly?

Autonomy means to be self governed.

Autonomy means to be free.

Society puts you in a cage and makes you think you belong there.

When you live life on your own terms you throw open the cage doors and fly. When you truly embrace your life, you know that you are meant to be in the sky.

You realize that there is NO LOCK ON THE DOOR.

Autonomy means taking responsibility.

No one else is responsible for your happiness.

No one else is responsible for your health.

No one else is responsible for the money you make.

No one else is responsible for how your life turns out.

It all boils down to YOU.

My Challenge To You

So…I dare you.

Let go of the FEAR of stepping on other people’s beliefs and opinions.

EMBRACE  your interpretation of what life is meant to be.

Take the RISK of living life outside the box.

LET GO of the need to be “qualified” in order to teach the world something.

FORGET rank and the restrictions of social hierarchy.

BE the author of your own story.

Remember, we’re in this together.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
