You can easily start incorporating turmeric into your daily diet by sprinkling it and mixing it into your favorite dishes (salads, rice, veggies). I find that if I simply add a dash of ground turmeric powder here and there, I can barely detect the flavor!
BUT – when using turmeric, don’t forget to add a pinch of fresh ground black pepper as it massively increases the bioavailability of the curcumin in the turmeric (the active health-benefiting ingredient). In other words, it increases its effectiveness and enhances your body’s ability to use it.
