Get in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day by starting your day off with a Green Leprechaun Smoothie Bowl!

Whether you’re marching in a parade, going on a bar crawl, or simply going about your day as usual, this nutrient-dense, hydrating, superfood smoothie bowl will fuel and energize you.

Here are the topline health benefits of the core ingredients in the Green Leprechaun Smoothie Bowl:

  • BananasThese are high in tryptophan, which helps overcome depression by converting to serotonin. Bananas protect against muscle cramps, regulate blood sugar and are high in potassium.
  • MangoThese are high in cancer-fighting antioxidants, high in fiber and vitamin C, which helps lower cholesterol, promotes clear skin and alkalizes the body. Mangoes are also high in vitamin A, which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes.
  • Spinach – Spinach is full of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. It is also high in chlorophyll, which is anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous. Spinach is also a good source of iron.
  • Avocado – These are high in potassium, loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and help to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
  • Flax Seeds – These are high in fiber and omega-3 essential fatty acids (“good” fats) and are also anti-inflammatory.
  • Kiwi – These are high in vitamin C and contain actinidin, a protein-dissolving enzyme that helps digestion. Additionally, kiwis aid in detoxification (the fuzzy fibers help bind and move toxins from the intestinal tract) and are a low glycemic fruit that won’t cause a spike in blood sugar.
  • BlueberriesThese have a low-glycemic index, are high in fiber and vitamin C and contain cancer-fighting antioxidants.
  • Goji BerriesChinese monks use Goji berries – commonly referred to as “red diamonds” – for medicinal purposes. These berries have been used to treat diabetes, high blood pressure, fevers and age-related eye problems. They are high in antioxidants and rich in vitamin A. These compounds boost the immune system and provide anti-aging benefits.
  • Bee Pollen – Bee pollen is a complete food that is richer in proteins than any animal source. It is a natural energizer, skin soother (often used in products to treat skin irritations, such as eczema) and immune system booster. Additionally, bee pollen contains enzymes that aid in digestion and assist the body in getting all the nutrients out of consumed food.
  • CoconutThese are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and amino acids. They are packed with calcium, potassium, magnesium and are loaded with electrolytes.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
