What Is Apple Cider Vinegar?

It is a fermented juice from crushed apples that contains vitamins and minerals. It can be used to help rid the body of toxins, fight infection and slow the aging process.

  • 2 cups hot filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of cinnamon
Directions Stir all ingredients together in a mug and drink to sooth your throat and start feeling better soon

2. Congestion & Sinus Infection

What You Need
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 8 ounces warm filtered water
Directions Mix all ingredients together and drink 3 glasses a day to break up mucous and clear your nasal passages

3. Overall Cold Killing Super Shot

What You Need
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • Dash of cayenne
  • In a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients and shake it up
  • Pour into a shot glass and bottoms up!
      • Store in the refrigerator
  • Drink several shots throughout the day to kick your cold fast!

4. Immune Boosting Syrup

What You Need
  • 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Add all ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed
  • Pour into a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator
  • Take 2 tablespoon of this mixture first thing in the morning before you eat anything to help remedy your cold symptoms
