Out of the last 15 meals I ate… I consumed rice at ALL 15 of them.

Why, you ask? Am I rice obsessed?

No… not necessarily.

Ya see, the thing is, I spent the last week living deep in the countryside of Cambodia, where they eat rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner – because they are surrounded by nothing but rice fields!

With all this rice eating, I became curious as to rice’s health benefits, given Cambodian people eat it all day everyday and generally live fit, healthy and long lives.

“It gives power,” is what I was told by my Cambodian host family.

Not sure what to think about rice? Is it good for you? Is it bad for you?
