Adding coconut oil to your morning coffee can help suppress your appetite. Research has shown that adding MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) – like the ones found in coconut oil – to your diet every morning, they can help promote weight loss.

Simply add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil to your coffee and be sure to stir until the coconut oil is melted.
