Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp of raw almond butter
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions: Add your ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth.
