  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond  milk
  • 2 medium pitted dates, soaked
  • 2 medium frozen bananas, ripe
  • ½ tsp natural vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of sea salt 

Instructions: Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 60 to 90 seconds.
