I’m a total optimist when it comes to life.

However, when it comes to what I eat, the products I use and the air I breathe… I’m a TOTAL skeptic.

What I mean by that is that I question E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.

It wasn’t always this way. I happily slathered myself in cucumber melon body lotion as a teenager and snacked away on whatever was served at a party.

But these days, I know better.

There are no lack of reports stating the dangers of certain foods you eat, water you drink, products you use, etc. Here are some eye-opening topics regarding the safety of your environment:

Now, before super paranoia sets in… there is ONE simple question that you can start using that can help protect you from overloading yourself with harmful and toxic chemicals (that leave you feeling sluggish, depressed and can even lead to cancer).

This simple question can help you become more aware about what you are consuming. It’s time, my friend, to start checking labels and truly evaluating if the food and products you are currently using are safe for your health or not. Don’t take products for face value just because a company tells you that they are safe and healthy.

The bottom line is… YOU are meant to feel great, have energy and live a happy life and what you use on a daily basis impacts this and your overall vitality.

How To Protect Your Health

Use this two-step process to clean up your environment (food, beauty routine, home) and give yourself abundant energy and a healthy glow:

  • Inventory Evaluation: Take a close look at all your product ingredients by studying the labels. Don’t recognize 99% of the ingredients? Then it’s probably best that you trash that item and search for a healthier option.
  • Swap It: If you find that there are mysterious chemicals lurking in the products you use (which is highly likely if you buy “normal” products from the store), use these tips to find a healthier and more natural option:

    • Buy organic fruits and vegetables
      • By doing so, you avoid dangerous GMOs

    • Choose grass-fed meats, pastured eggs and free-range chicken

    • Find natural multi-purpose products. For example:
