Magical Nutrient-Rich Unicorn Toast

We’ve all heard about avocado toast, but have you heard about UNICORN TOAST?

Not only are you going to love this toast because it’s absolutely gorgeous and nutrient-packed, but your kids are going to love it too. It’s an easy way to get in a lot of greens in the morning without needing to make a smoothie. Also, it doesn’t take much time at all!

Coconut Milk Yogurt               

Coconuts are a miracle food packed with several B vitamins, fiber, iron, selenium, calcium and manganese. Because coconut yogurt is dairy free it is great for those who are intolerant to lactose or who prefer avoiding dairy in general.

Coconuts can help prevent obesity by speeding up the metabolism and suppressing appetite. They are a good source of energy with fewer calories than other fats. They also contain medium chain fatty acids (MCFA), which represent 1% of all fatty acids consumed and have no negative effects on cholesterol. In populations such as Sri Lanka and Polynesia, where coconuts are regularly consumed, there are very low to no rates of heart disease and serum cholesterol.

Adding yogurt to unicorn toast ensures that you are starting your day with beneficial probiotics. A healthy gut is the core to a healthy YOU.

Unicorn Toast Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • Coconut milk yogurt
  • Organifi Red Juice
  • Organifi Green Juice
  • 1 cup berries
  • Almond milk
  • Bread slices
Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt and red juice/green juice.
  2. Spread mixture onto toasted bread slices.
  3. Blend berries with almond milk in a blender, make sure it is thick.
  4. Spread berry mixture on top of bread.
  5. Top with banana slices.
