How To Make A Turmeric-Chia Smoothie


  • ⅛ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 3-5 ice cubes 

Instructions: In a high speed blender, process the coconut milk, ice cubes, banana, mango, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add the chia seeds. Blend 15 seconds.

If you prefer a  sweeter smoothie, add in a few drops of liquid stevia, coconut flakes, or raw honey.
