Eggnog is something you may love or you may hate, but it is definitely part of the Christmas season. It also includes lots of sugar, making it not healthy, as well as milk and eggs, making it not vegan.
But is it possible to healthify eggnogs? Most certainly!
Try this absolutely delicious raw vegan eggnog recipe!
It is healthy, raw, vegan, gluten-free, processed sugar-free, natural and can be made organic.
Bananas are full of fiber and great for your digestion. They are good for your heart, are full of antioxidants and are great after exercise. Oh, they aid weight loss too – finally an eggnog that helps you get rid of those extra pounds!
Dates are are nature’s candy. They are naturally sweet and yet, they are abundant in essential minerals and are wonderful for your digestion.
The cashews are extra bonus. They not only add protein into this drink, but are also amazing for your mental health. Two tablespoon of cashews have shown to have the same effect as prescription prozac.
