These Chocolate-Banana Cookies Are So Healthy You Won’t Believe It

These cookies are completely free of common allergens, processed and artificial ingredients. They are 100% processed sugar-free, gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free and oil-free. They are also vegan and cruelty-free. As a bonus, they are so easy to make that they are ready within the blink of an eye.

You only need three ingredients. You can even make them by simply using these top two powerful ingredients: bananas and oats.

The Bananas Will Give You Superpowers

Bananas are one of the main ingredients of this recipe. Bananas are powerful. They help make you happy and keep depression away due to their tryptophan content, which helps your body to make happy hormones. The potassium in bananas helps muscle recovery and protects against cramps, making it a great post-workout food. Bananas relieve PMS symptoms, protect you against anemia, aid your digestion, can help control your blood sugar and protect you from various cancers. Bananas truly are magical.

The Oats Will Keep Your Body Healthy.

The other key ingredient is rolled oats. Oats are delicious power foods that you probably love. They are relatively low in calories, yet satisfying and keep your satiated for a long time. Their high fiber content helps your digestion. They stabilize your blood sugar, balance your cholesterol levels, are good for your heart, help your body’s immune response and protect you from various cancers. Pure oats are always gluten-free, however, some brands are not pure or don’t protect you from cross-contamination. Allergy-Free Chocolate Banana Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas sliced into circles
  • ⅔ cups of GF rolled oats
  • 1-15 oz of dark chocolate cut into tiny chunks or use chocolate chips (use sugar-free, organic 80 - 90% dark chocolate or raw dark chocolate)
Instructions
  1. Mash your bananas with a fork.
  2. Mix your bananas with the rolled oats.
  3. Mix in the chocolate.
  4. Leave mixture out for about 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon out little balls from the mix. Put them on a baking paper. Flatten them with a fork to resemble a cookie.
  6. It should make about 6 bigger or 10-12 smaller cookies.
  7. Bake in your oven for 15-20 minutes at 350F.

Tips:

  • You can also make it without chocolate chips. It is delicious just using bananas and oats too.
  • You can replace the chocolate with raisins, coconut flakes, goji berries or dried fruits. If you are looking for a nuttier flavor, add some hemp seeds, chia seeds, slivered almonds or chunks of walnut.
  • Eat them as a snack or dessert, or eat them for post-workout recovery or breakfast on the go. There is no bad time to eat them.
