I don’t always eat healthy while traveling…

But when I DO – it typically involves a sh*t ton of chia seeds (and turmeric, of course).

Over the past three years of trekking around the globe and living out of a tiny backpack, I have been MASSIVELY challenged in the “keeping it healthy” department.

Pizza and gelato in Italy. Street food in Thailand. Hawker stalls in Singapore… annnnnnnnnd I’m salivating already. I’m sure you get my point – so let’s move on.
