Did you know that more people die from lung cancer than breast, colon and pancreatic cancer combined?

75-80% of lung cancer develops from what’s known as non-small cell lung cancer. This is a disease where malignant cells form in the tissue of the lungs. There are various types of this sort of lung cancer and its likelihood is often increased by smoking, secondhand smoking, pollution and diesel exhaust.

Though it’s the most common form of lung cancer, it’s still a bit of a mystery to the medical field; there are hardly any methods known that have successfully defeated this cancer entirely.

HOWEVER – did you know that there is a simple green herb in your own kitchen that may be able to successfully combat this disease?

According to one study, PARSLEY is able to help people with lung cancer. One of the main components of parsley is apigenin, which has the powerful ability to kill up to 86% of cancer cells. Amazing, right?!

Apigenin can also be found in artichoke, onion, orange, celery, oregano, coriander, chamomile, tea and red wine, but parsley is the most recommended to fight against cancer, because apigenin in parsley is highly concentrated, more so than in any other of these wonderful foods.

You can use parsley by adding it to your:

Or, to get all of its powerful cancer-fighting benefits in a concentrated amount and an easily digestible form, you can make parsley tea.

Parsley Tea
  • ½ oz root of parsley
  • ¾ - 1 cup boiling water
  1. Dice the parsley finely into small pieces.
  2. Pour the boiling water over it.
  3. Boil for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool for about 15 minutes.
  5. Strain it and enjoy sipping the tea!
For full benefits of this healing tea, drink 3 cups a day. But, of course, even one cup a day or a few cups a week is beneficial to your health, so no excuses - drink up!

Amazing what sort of discoveries you can find in your own kitchen, right? Do you you know of any other awesome ways to include more parsley in your diet? Please share with us in the comments below!

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
