The Easiest Fudge Recipe You’ll Ever Make

Now here is a recipe that is so simple, you certainly can’t “fudge it up.”

Health Benefits Of 2 Ingredient 2 Step Maple Fudge

Pure Maple Syrup
  • Supplies some trace mineral and antioxidants
  • A more natural, unrefined product than cane and other sugars
  • Provides inflammation-reducing polyphenol antioxidants
Organic Vanilla Extract
  • Has a calming effect on your central nervous system
  • Helps with stress reduction and management

How To Make 2 Ingredient 2 Step Maple Fudge  

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp organic vanilla extract 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the maple syrup to a boil. Stir and bring the temperature of the maple syrup to 235 degrees Fahrenheit (110 Celsius. Use a candy thermometer). Remove from the heat once it reaches 235 degrees.
  2. Allow the syrup to cool without stirring to 175 Fahrenheit (80 Celsius). When it reaches that temperature, stir the syrup rapidly with a spatula for 5 minutes until it becomes light and creamy. Add vanilla and stir. Pour into silicone candy molds immediately. Allow to cool completely before removing! 

Storage: Keep this maple fudge in an airtight container for up to a month (no need to store in the fridge unless desired).
