Green juice, fruit juice, juicing  methods – OH MY!

It’s nice to have options… but these options can become confusing when you don’t  know which one to choose.

What is what? Which is better? What should I do?

Let’s start by taking a look a the difference between juicing (at-home) and cold pressed juicing (purchasing bottles from cold pressed juice companies).

The Difference Between Juicing & Cold Pressed Juicing

The main difference between juicing and cold pressed juicing is in HOW it is processed, especially in the final step.

Your made-at-home juice needs to be consumed immediately, when it is in its best  state. Oxygen and microbes quickly spoil the benefits of freshly made juice. As a result, this type of juice can’t be stored effectively.

On the other hand, cold-pressed juice is bottled, sealed and put in a large chamber. This chamber fills with water and applies a tremendous amount of pressure to inactivate pathogens.
