#1. Start With A Base
The base of your green juice should always be some sort of a high water content hydrating vegetable. Cucumbers and celery are the most popular options that most green juices have. They are super hydrating and great for your digestion, skin and immune system.

To add some sweetness to your juice, you can add a low-GI green apple as well. It is important not to make your green juices fruit heavy to prevent blood sugar issues. Green apples are the best options that you can add to your juice at any time, but other apples, pears and pineapple are also good choice that you can use occasionally.
