There are a lot of myths out there about autoimmune disorders.

Just because a lot of people believe something, however, doesn’t make it true. And if these myths were harmless, that would be one thing. Unfortunately, a lot of the beliefs about autoimmune diseases are actually HURTING those that have them.

There is one however that REALLY makes my heart ache whenever I hear it, and that is…

“There’s nothing you can do about it.”

That goes right through your heart like a knife. I can PROMISE you that you will NEVER hear those words come out of my mouth!!! There is always hope. And in the case of autoimmune conditions, there are a ton of success stories, research and information to prove it.

As I am sure you’ve found, a large percentage of the mainstream medical system has failed to address the underlying cause of autoimmune disorders and instead, targets “symptom solution” with powerful immune suppressing medications.

This is like taking aspirin while standing on a nail. You’ve got to remove that nail!

Here are three ways to begin walking the road to real, vibrant wellness:

If you are suffering from an autoimmune disease then your system is on a never ending alert. When chronic inflammation exists for too long it triggers any genetic potential for autoimmune conditions.

  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • ½ green apple

  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 inches turmeric root
