  • ¼ green apple
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp collagen hydrolysate
  • 1 to 2 tbs. pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • Heaping handful spinach
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender (FitLife LOVES Blendtec) and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately!
