5 years ago, I wrote down exactly the way I wanted my life to be.
I wrote down…
Who I wanted to be with,
What I wanted to look like,
How I wanted other people to see me,
What I wanted my relationships to be like,
How I would feel waking up in the morning,
And who I wanted to be.
It was a really powerful moment for me when I got a clear vision of the future I wanted.
Once I had a set vision in mind, I was able to take action to bring it into my reality.
It started with making videos on YouTube. I wanted to create video content that would help positively influence people and provide a roadmap for true transformation. At the time, I didn’t know how I was going to monetize my idea or exactly how my videos would help people. I just knew I needed to take radical action.
At the time, I was 40 pounds overweight, I was lethargic and I honestly didn’t have a lot of zest for life. I knew that I could either stay the way I was or I could take radical action to make my life something I was actually excited to wake up for.
Luckily, I decided the latter was worth the effort.
On somewhat of a whim, I moved all the way from Tampa Florida to sunny San Diego. I began making one radical decision after another to change my life for the better. I had bumps along the way, but I was committed and refused to let them stop me from achieving what I believed to be my purpose on this planet.
And I’ve never looked back.
What I Had To Do To Radically Change My Life
The decisions that lead me to where I am today are ones you can make too.
Here’s what I had to do and what I encourage you to consider:
#1 Change Your Nutrition
“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” – Ann Wigmore
Our nutrition is broken is America and in a lot of other countries around the world.
We are filling out bodies with processed foods and artificial substances. We are eating food that is nutritionally void.
When you eat this kind of diet (hint hint… the standard american diet) it numbs your mind, decreases your mental clarity, zaps your energy levels and you won’t be able to make decisions that are sharp and clear.
Not to mention that once you’ve been on this diet long enough, it will fuel the fire within your body and cause pain and inflammation that holds you back from being the highest version of yourself.
In order to change, you have got to start with the fuel you are putting into your body every day. The food you eat can either be healing medicine or it can be poison.
#2 Cleanse Your Body
“Your body has to become an instrument for the divine. When you clean the toxins within your body, you clear some blocks within your mind.” – Tyahai
As you make the decision to transform your life, you are going to experience a lot of cleansing.
Cleansing your old thoughts…
Your old friends…
Toxins in your body…
Old influencers in your environment…
Healing from old memories…
Cleansing old beliefs about yourself…
It is a necessary part of truly becoming a new person.

#3 Clear Your Mind

Some of the greatest business minds and people I aspire to be like are constantly reading books. They are always learning more. Always improving themselves.
I read a book every single week. Sometimes two or three. I’ve been doing this for 5 years and it is one of the keys to my success in life.
#5 Surround Yourself With People Who Raise Your Vibration
“Surround yourself with people who make you hungry for life, touch your heart and nourish your soul.” – Unknown
We become like the five people we spend the most time with. The people you are with most help you define yourself and their energy quickly becomes entangled with yours.
So who are you with the most? In a 24 hour period, how much time do you spend with people – and who are they?
What are their ambitions? How do you feel when you’re around them? How enthusiastic and happy about life do they seem? Are they going to help you get to the next level? Do they encourage and support you? Do they help you stretch and push yourself? Or do they pour cold water on your ideas? Are they people you want to be like?
Surround yourself with people that inspire you to be unstoppable. Spend time with people who are unstoppable themselves and their fire will rub off on you.
#6 Get Outside Of Yourself
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Ghandi
So many people are stuck in their own mind. They are unhappy because all they can see is themselves and their own problems.
If you’re going to be an influencer, then you’ve got to make sure you’re willing to give more than you’re willing to get.
When creating a business or a purpose for your future, ask yourself this: How can you serve humanity the most?
This will change your whole life.
If water stands still it becomes stagnant. Sometimes the universe is just waiting for you to take a step forward so that it create new opportunities or give you signs as to where you’re suppose to go.
Don’t wait. The universe thrives on boldness and action.
