Super Healthy Summer Juice Recipe

I love summer. I love when it’s sunny and hot and I even love sweating.

However, with all the sweating, hydration and getting your electrolytes in is even more important in the summer time. One of the best way to hydrate and to get your vitamins and minerals in at the same time is through a delicious glass of green juice.

Cucumber provides an array of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin K, B and C, copper, potassium and manganese, making them a perfect addition to a summer juice. It is also high in water, hence very hydrating.

Pineapple and mint both support a healthy digestion, therefore, creating amazing health and a flat tummy. Pineapple is also a great source of vitamin C.

Lemons are high in vitamin C and incredibly alkaline-forming and cleansing.

These ingredients help you to make the best summer juice ever.

Ingredients
  • 3 cucumbers (peeled if not organic!)
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of mint
Instructions
  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Pour it into a glass. Add ice if you wish. Enjoy.
  3. Bonus tip: you can freeze some in an ice cube tray to make green juice ice cubes.
