How Much Sleep Do I Need?
I haven’t met a lot of people who don’t LIKE to sleep, but I have met A LOT of people who CAN’T seem to sleep. Either because they don’t make the time, they’re distracted at night or they find themselves restless at night with a million thoughts keeping them up.

I’m talking about getting 7-9 solid hours of sleep a night. Studies have shown that adults who get less are just setting themselves up for trouble.
