I like to create little tokens of gratitude and appreciation for you. Since you are on my list, you've probably seen many of the videos in the past and like what we are serving you at Fit Life. Well, in this one I'm going to give you life in a glass.

If you noticed in the video, I mixed up the almond milk, ice and the spirulina and chlorella first. This gives you a great base to drop the veggies and fruit in... making it easier on your blender. Try it out and let me know how it goes.
