There is just something OH-SO satisfying about them – right?

However, you and I both know that the soda you buy at the store is packed with sugar or has a sh*tstorm of chemicals in it – GROSS.

But don’t go pouting just yet, you can get your bubble fix WHILE also remedying and detoxing your body. Say whaaaa?

It’s possible when only 4 natural ingredients are transformed into homemade Turmeric Lemon Soda!

How To Make Turmeric Lemon Soda
 
Ingredients
  • 2 1-inch pieces fresh turmeric, peeled
  • Alternative: 2 tbsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 lemons, peel and seeds removed
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Optional: natural sweetener to taste (raw honey, stevia)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add the lemon, turmeric, ginger, 1 cup filtered water and natural sweetener.
  2. Blend of high until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer and save the liquid.
  4. Fill a large glass with ice and pour about ¼ of the lemon-turmeric mixture.
  5. Fill up the glass with the sparkling mineral water.
  6. Add more sweetener or lemon-turmeric mixture as desired.

Now this is some bubbly you can enjoy time and time again because it is chock full of health benefits.
