Rosemary Tea

This is a deliciously refreshing and delightfully stimulating tea. If you wish, it can also include thyme. When you look at the different sorts of thyme, lemon thyme is one of the nicest types to go with tea; but, as always, if you do not have any, any other will do just fine.
Ingredients
  • 4-6 dried (or fresh) tbsp of herbs
Instructions
  1. Take dried (or fresh) herbs and put them into a glass quart jar.
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs, being sure to fill the jar up.
  3. Allow your tea to steep for about 30-35 minutes, covered (remember that with tea, the longer you allow it to steep, the stronger and more bitter it will become).
  4. Strain it out into a cup and drink up.

Rosemary is a wonderful herb that is loaded to the brim with wonderful health benefits. If you are looking for a great alternative to traditional remedies, then you needn’t look any further.
