Ingredients

  • 4 cups veggie or organic bone broth
  • 1 knuckle grated/chopped turmeric


Directions

  1. Simmer broth with turmeric for 15 minutes, strain chunks out, add some black pepper (boosts bioavailability) and enjoy.
