  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 clove garlic if preferred


  1. Chop up the peppers and onions.
  2. Saute veggies until softened, but not over-cooked.
  3. Add 1 clove of garlic if preferred.
  4. Crack in organic eggs and stir until solid.
  5. Sprinkle in Celtic sea salt to taste.
