About the Recipe

Grapefruit juice is great for controlling insulin levels on cheat days. It will give you energy as well as massive amounts of focus. This is a great pre-workout drink in the morning. I personally love grapefruit; it’s my favorite fruit. It’s low in carbs and calories and can speed up your metabolism.


  • 1 grapefruit (if organic, you can juice the skin; if not, cut it off)


  1. Process grapefruit through the juicer into a tall glass and enjoy (be sure to cut the skin away if fruit is not organic)!
