  • 1 small banana
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup filtered water


  1. Prepare all of the ingredients needed.
  2. With crushed ice in the blender, mix all of the ingredients and start blending.
