Ingredients

  • 1-4 knuckles of turmeric root
  • 1-4 knuckles of ginger root
  • ½ lemon


Directions

  1. Note: Measurements can all be modified to suit your individual taste buds.
  2. Put all ingredients through a cold-press juicer.
  3. Store in mason jar and drink a few sips after meals.
  4. You can also add a little olive oil to help with the absorption of curcumin.
