About the Recipe

This is another sweet and sour classic of mine. Great before the gym or if you just want a little hop in your step. This juice will help control your insulin levels while getting your sugar from the apples and using the ginger to press out toxins. Brilliant!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 ginger


Directions

  1. Make sure you peel the apples if they are not organic. Put an apple in first and last.
