So far, there have been many juices that incorporate parsley. Parsley juicing recipes are rich in carotenoids and chlorophyll. Parsley is also packed with vitamin C, and flavonoids that inhibit cancer causing properties of fried foods. Parsley is often called a “nerve stimulant” because it increases your awareness and energy. So put down the energy drink and juice parsley instead!
Pick parsley that is fresh and green. Stay away from wilted or yellow parsley. Parsley juice alone is very strong, but the good news is that you can add parsley to any juice!

- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 4 carrots
- of parsley of parsley
- Prepare everything, including the juicer.
- Add the ingredients to the juicer.
- Transfer to a clean, glass container and drink immediately.
